DJAWİD C. BOROWER

Djawid Borower 1958 yılında Köln'de/Almanya'da doğmuştur ve Köln ve Viyana'da sanat ve felsefe okumuştur. Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung adlı gazetede sanat hakkında birçok yazıları yayınlanmıştır. 1984 yılından bu yana Viyana'da yaşamakta ve çalışmaktadır. 

Borower seneler boyunca profan ve metafiziksel konuları ele almıştır: Para ve kudret, tanrı ve zaman, seks ve film, görsel ve görüntü. Ressamlık, heykel ve metin birleştirmektedir.

Djawid C. Borower

Born 1958 in Cologne, Germany, Djawid Borower studied art, philosophy and history, and worked as an art critic for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper. He lives and works in Vienna, Austria.

Over the years he has established his art in the here and now: revolving around God and Money, Time and Death, Film and Sex, language and image. Thus addressing the forces that make the world go round.
