CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION - LAW AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

            The main spaces for the 2^nd Bodrum Biennial will be the Bodrum Castle, the Ottoman Shipyard, Turgutreis Sevket Sabanci Art and Culture Center. 

Participating artists should give the information about their art works either painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, video, or performance etc. in terms of displaying them in the open space or in the art gallery.  

Artworks should be sent to this specified address between 05 and 08 September 2015. Artists should write the essential information on the package.  The name of the sender and the name of the receiver, full address and telephone number and 2^nd Bodrum Biennial should be written on the package.

If the artists are planning to install their art works by themselves, then the artists should come and arrange that between 09 - 10 September, 2015. Biennial transportation expenses for the artists and the art works’ shipping cost will not be covered by the Bodrum Biennial Committee. Therefore, all the expenses both transportation and shipping the art works will be paid by the artists themselves. Biennial Organizing Committee is not responsible for any potential damage during the transportation or displaying these for the exhibitions.
